Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use apply to the Nuvana mobile application, website and related services. If you do not agree to them, do not access or use Nuvana.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and promptly notify Nuvana of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Where local law requires parental or guardian consent, you may use Nuvana only with that valid consent.

The Nuvana service

Nuvana provides tools for workout tracking, wellness check-ins, routines, progress metrics, team planning, social features and recommendations. Available features may depend on your account type, role, team relationship, device, region or subscription.

Health and training disclaimer

Nuvana provides general fitness and wellness information and is not a medical service. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment or emergency assistance and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare or training professional. Stop an activity and seek appropriate assistance if you experience pain, illness or other concerning symptoms.

Subscriptions and billing

• Nuvana may offer monthly or yearly auto-renewable Nuvana PRO subscriptions. The price, duration and any trial are shown before purchase.
• Payment is charged to the Apple App Store or Google Play account used to complete the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period unless cancelled before renewal in accordance with the applicable store rules.
• Manage or cancel a subscription in your store account settings. Deleting Nuvana or your Nuvana account does not cancel a store subscription.
• Trial eligibility is determined by the applicable store. Unless cancelled, a trial may convert to the paid subscription shown at confirmation.

User content and social features

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Nuvana a limited permission to host, process and display that content only as needed to operate the features you choose, including team and social sharing. You must have the rights and permissions required to upload or share content and must respect other users' privacy.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use Nuvana unlawfully or to harass, threaten or harm others.
• Upload unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing content.
• Attempt to bypass subscriptions, security controls, access restrictions or usage limits.
• Interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, scrape protected data or access another person's account.

Third-party services

Nuvana relies on services provided by platform stores, cloud infrastructure and subscription processors. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply to their processing. Nuvana is not responsible for independent third-party services that it does not control.

Intellectual property

Nuvana and its original software, branding, interface, catalog content and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

Availability and changes to the service

Nuvana may update, improve, suspend or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law or evolve the service. While reasonable efforts are made to keep Nuvana available, continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Suspension, termination and deletion

Access may be restricted or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, prevent abuse or comply with law. You may request deletion of your account using the process described on the Account Deletion page.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nuvana is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nuvana is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of the service where such liability may lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated when Nuvana's features, legal obligations or business practices change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
